Shipping Policy

If a product description states that an item in stock, it is available for shipment. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing + handling and 5-8 business days for delivery. Shipping times may vary.

Custom pieces are made-to-order in our overseas factory in China and typically take 4-5 weeks for production and 5-9 weeks for transport depending on your shipping address.

Sometimes shipments can get delayed due to uncontrollable reasons such as weather. We do our best to communicate delays to our customers to manage proper expectations. We are not responsible for delays.

We are not responsible for items that are damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping/delivery. We are also not responsible if you input the incorrect address at checkout. If there is a code required to enter your delivery address, you are responsible for including that information at checkout, so we can relay it to the shipping courier prior to shipping the goods. Once we pack and hand off an item to the shipping courier, it is out of our control, which is why Route, our partnered insurance company, is available to add to your cart to protect lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you choose to opt out of Route, then your purchase is not protected. Route does not cover packages that are returned to us by the shipping courier or if the wrong address is inputted by the customer. You can read more about Route's policies + FAQ here. Route is offered as an additional item at checkout to protect your order against the following issues:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Lost in transit
  • Stolen
  • Delivered not received
  • Wrong item
If one of these issues occurs, you can submit a claim through the Route email that was sent to you with your order by going directly to Route's website. Claims reps are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to help resolve your issue.
